Amazing cooking classes at my friends' home... Good teams ! We cook soufflé au fromage, oeufs meurette, Chicken fillets and sauce bourguignonne à la moutarde de Dijon, gratin dauphinois, tarte Tatin, mousse aux fruits... Other pics follow and recipes will be back on the blog asap or... one day
